Ordering and Refund Policy

Ordering Policy:

• ALL custom orders under $100 MUST be paid in full. 
• 50% deposit can be applied to orders over $100, with the remaining amount due prior to order due date.
• An order contract MUST be completed for orders over $200. 

Refund Policy:

• Refunds may be issued if an order is cancelled at least ONE week prior to order due date. If products or supplies needed for order (such as specific decorations) have already been purchased, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
• Once products are received or delivered we are not responsible for them. No refunds will be issued once they are out of our hands.
