Return and Refund Policy

All custom orders require FULL payment at time of booking to reserve your order.

Booking payments are non-refundable. If no payment is recieved your order is NOT confirmed. Orders booked over 3 weeks in advance, AND the total is over $ 100 may be arranged in a payment agreement, with a non-refundable 50% deposit.
